Project Manager (Electrical)

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, exceeding expectations.
- Identify and mitigate risks in design, execution, and service operations.
- Analyze projects and provide recommendations for investment decisions.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage resources effectively, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial control.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during project and service phases.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for material and service needs.
- Generate reports on project progress, budget status, and service operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in electrical project management, service management, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, and ETAP.
