Responsibilities
- Answer calls, transfer calls, telephone.
- Welcoming and providing information to visitors to the company.
- Responsible for administrative and public relations work.
- Control and take care of the housekeeper.
- Coordinate with IT Technician.
- Control the disbursement and purchase of equipment in the company.
- Job recruitment support.
- Assist with various operations in the Human resources department
Requirements
- Female, age 25-29 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in Hr administrator position.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Have negotiation skills, problem solving skills, interpersonal relationships, Time management skill.
- Should have international and ability to work across diverse geographies and cultures; willingness to travel extensively.
